The Neo-Highlighter is a highly-pigmented, three-in-one rainbow of radiance, creating a subtle multi-dimensional strobed effect that lasts all day. The highly-milled powder contains ultra-fine pearl particles to work like a soft-focus lens, blurring imperfections and accentuating your best features with a subtle, skin-enhancing gleam.
