Lip Primer

This innovative primer for the lips works in two ways. Either fill in the lips before putting on your lipstick (the lipstick colour will stay the same when applied over the top) to ensure it stays put. Or else you can use it similar to a lip liner - tracing around the lip line and blending out to ensure a crisp outline and prevent the colour feathering. It keeps lips comfortable and hydrated under your lip colour too.
