Fixer & Mascara

The simplest way to build phenomenal volume, 3CE’s Fixer & Mascara has two wands to wrap, and ‘fatten’ each eyelash. Begin by applying a layer of ‘Fixer’ – which acts like a primer to ‘grip’ the pigment and increase the thickness of every hair, then follow with a coat (or two) of ‘Mascara’; the water-resistant formula ‘wraps’ each eyelash for incredible length, lift and feathery fullness, that won’t run or transfer. Finish with another coat of ‘Fixer’, et voila! You’ll look naturally blessed with a full set of fringes – so long and fluttery you might cause a breeze when you blink!
