Incredibly pigmented and enriched with ultra-fine, luminosity-boosting pearls and light-refracting pigments, this can be worn alone or layered over Jouer’s gorgeous cream highlighter to achieve an intense, lit-from-within skin finish. Just use a fluffy brush (or fingertips) to apply anywhere that the light would most-naturally strike: along the tops of your cheekbones, brow bones, cupid’s bow and to your collarbones.
